Located in beautiful North East, Pennsylvania, 15 miles east of Erie, lies Windswept Acres and Whistle Run Subdivisions, as well as several residential and commercial real estate units.
In the late 1980’s we started developing a subdivision and started building homes. Since then we have fined tuned the building style and have become one of the most respected quality home builder in the area. We build custom homes on your property, custom and model homes in our subdivisions, many types of barns and do various remodel jobs. We have included here, pictures of some homes we have built, both models and customs. We have some homeowners that allow us to show their homes to prospective clients, so you can see first hand the quality of our workmanship.
We also sell building lots in the subdivisions. Check out the tabs to find out more about them, and to find out about our Builders Assistance Program, for qualified builders.
